Isabella Montero Torres is an Associate in OLIVARES' Corporate and Commercial Law practice. Her practice focuses on advising national and international clients on corporate and transactional matters, including the incorporation and operation of companies, corporate governance, the drafting, review and negotiation of agreements, commercial transactions, franchising and licensing.

Isabella has experience in privacy and personal data protection, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity and emerging technologies, as well as in matters related to digital marketplaces, e-commerce and digital business models. Her professional background further includes intellectual property matters, particularly trademarks, allowing her to provide comprehensive advice on transactions involving licensing of intangible assets and intellectual property rights. She is a co-author of the Mexico chapter of Data Protection Laws and Regulations 2026, published by International Comparative Legal Guides (ICLG), which analyzes the legal framework and key trends in privacy and personal data protection in Mexico.
