Eduardo is member of OLIVARES, since 2018 and is an associate in the corporate and commercial area. His experience on corporate law qualifies him to develop legal projects for companies, since their creation and legal structuring, as up to the strategies, in order to implement corporate projects in accordance with Mexican and international law. Likewise, Eduardo specializes in consulting and implementing projects regarding franchises, trademarks licenses and sponsorships, as well as the drafting and execution of all kinds of commercial and contractual transactions, either for national or transnational businesses.
