Rommy Morales practices Intellectual Property Law, including both patent prosecution and litigation focused in Life Sciences. Her practice includes the preparation and prosecution of biotechnological and pharmaceutical patent applications, patentability and freedom to operate opinions, infringement analysis and general counseling. Rommy also has extensive practical experience in the fields of genetics, molecular biology, biomedicine and physiology, having worked for over five years at CINVESTAV studying the molecular and electrophysiological aspects of several infectious diseases.
