Andrea joined Olivares in 2014. She is a lawyer member of Alonso Camargo’s trademark team. Her practice involves mainly two areas, trademark prosecution and litigation (before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property, Federal Court of Administrative Justice and before The Federal Circuit Courts).

In addition to trademark litigation and prosecution, Andrea also provides advice to our clients regarding the obtaining, protection, conservation and defense of their intellectual property rights.

When I’m not being a lawyer…

In my spare time I exercise. I love everything that has to do with cooking, food, traveling, going to concerts, taking pictures, watching movies, walking my dog and spending quality time with my family and friends.
