I have been in the IP field since 2006 and my primary area of practice is patent prosecution, technical and legal consultancy in substantive examination matters, patent searching, and patent drafting. I provide technical and legal consultancy related to patent, industrial design and utility model protection in Mexico and worldwide to our national and international clients. I focus my practice mainly on the Electronics, Electricity, Mechanical and Information Technology (IT) fields.

I have published different articles in specialized national and international publications related to IP protection in Mexico.

When I’m not being a lawyer…

I love travelling and learning about different cultures. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and playing soccer.
